We’re accepting new patients, offer direct billing with many major insurance providers, and have free parking available on-site.
Registered Massage Therapy Rates
45-Minute Sessions - $115
Available for new and returning patients.
A good option for focused treatment of one or two primary areas of concern.
60-Minute Sessions - $140
Available for new and returning patients.
Provides additional time for assessment, treatment and addressing multiple or more complex areas of concern.
30-Minute Sessions - $90
Returning patients only.
Designed for focused follow-up treatment when your RMT is already familiar with your concerns and treatment plan.
First time at Sprout Integrated Care?
New RMT patients can choose either a 45-minute or 60-minute appointment. Your first visit includes time to discuss your concerns, assess your needs and provide treatment.

Free Virtual Consultation
Not sure whether counselling is the right fit? Start with a brief 15-minute consultation to ask questions and learn more before booking a full session.
Adult Counselling - $160
Available in person or virtually for 50 minutes.
Children & Youth Counselling - $160
In-person counselling for children and youth for 50 minutes.
Chiropractic Care Rates
Initial Assessment
45 Minutes - $130
For new chiropractic patients.
Your chiropractor will discuss your concerns, complete a relevant physical assessment and recommend an appropriate treatment approach.
Subsequent Visit
30 Minutes - $105
For returning chiropractic patients who require additional treatment time.
Subsequent Visit
20 Minutes - $80
For returning chiropractic patients requiring a more focused follow-up visit.
Looking for an ICBC Assessment?
Must have an active ICBC claim.
A claim number is required to qualify for this service. No fee is applied for these appointments. Please contact us with more information prior to booking an ICBC assessment.
Insurance and Direct Billing
Can Sprout charge my insurance provider directly?
Direct billing is available with many major extended health insurance providers.
Coverage and direct-billing eligibility can vary depending on your insurance plan, practitioner and service, so we recommend confirming the details of your individual plan before your appointment.
Add your insurance information before your first visit to help make the billing process as smooth as possible.
If direct billing is not available, we can provide a receipt for you to submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement.

Which Appointment Should You Book?
New to RMT?
Choose a 45- or 60-minute RMT appointment. The 60-minute option provides additional time when you have multiple areas of concern or would prefer more time for assessment and treatment.
New to Chiropractic Care?
Start with the 45-minute Initial Chiropractic Assessment.
Interested in Counselling but not ready to book a full session?
Start with the complimentary 15-minute consultation.

Before Your Appointment At Sprout
Free Parking
Free parking is available within the plaza, including two dedicated clinic parking spaces and other unreserved spaces. Street parking is also available along Tiffany Boulevard.
Cancellation Policy
Registered Massage Therapy and Chiropractic appointments require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellation or rescheduling.
Clinical Counselling appointments require at least 48 hours' notice.
Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a fee.
